By nominating in category 31, Visitor Experience Award, your business will have access to take part in the visitor experience survey via outrate.com.au.  This survey is aimed at helping businesses monitor performance, raise standards and improve their customers’ experience. Data and insights are collected on five key metrics – Customer Service, Atmosphere, Cleanliness, Value for Money and Overall Experience. Customers will use the short survey to rate your business out of 25 points across these areas.

Your customers and visiting tourists will have a chance to vote for your business up until 5pm, Friday 10 November 2017.  The outcome of the survey will determine the top rated business and winner of the Visitor Experience Award. The result will be announced at the Canberra Region Tourism Awards Gala Event on 17 November 2017.

It costs just $150 (GST inclusive) to nominate in the Visitor Experience Award to take part in the outrate.com.au survey. Nominees will receive a package of downloadable, print-ready collateral. We encourage you to use this material to promote your involvement and encourage your visitors to complete the survey.
